At LEEP LAW GROUP, our story begins with a simple dream and a lot of determination. Before there was a team or an office, there was founding partner Christine Venezia working alone in a tiny space, hoping the phone would ring. From that humble start, our firm has grown into a place where families across South Florida come to protect what matters most. Looking back, we see how each challenge and early decision laid the groundwork for the supportive, client-focused practice we have today.
Christine often reflects on those early days and the journey that followed.

As our practice evolved, Christine and co-founding partner Tara Wood brought their long-standing friendship and shared values into the heart of LEEP LAW GROUP. They had spent years building their careers separately, but when they came together, it felt like the natural next step. In many ways, the firm is the result of everything they learned before joining forces. Their shared history helps us stay grounded and focused on why we do this work: to guide people through some of life’s most important moments with clarity and care.
Our clients come to us at many different stages. We work with young adults just starting out, families planning for children, and older adults preparing for long-term care or making sure their final wishes are clear. We also assist loved ones after a loss through the probate process, offering support during an emotionally difficult time. Because we serve people from roughly 18 to 100 and beyond, we understand that needs change over time, and we design our guidance to meet clients where they are.
From the beginning, we have believed that a strong, connected team is the backbone of LEEP LAW GROUP. Tara and Christine see our staff not as background support, but as central to everything we do for clients. We rely on each person’s strengths, communication, and compassion to keep matters moving and to help clients feel cared for. Inside the office, we view ourselves as a family. We work hard, but we also share moments where we joke, laugh, and sometimes cry together. That blend of professionalism and genuine connection helps us stay grounded in the human side of estate planning, elder law, and probate. New team members quickly notice this environment, including the simple phrase that has become part of our culture: “I got you.” Those words reflect how we support each other and how we want clients to feel when they walk through our doors.
Our approach also centers on active attorney involvement. At LEEP LAW GROUP, the attorneys stay closely engaged with each file, rather than standing at a distance. We speak directly with clients, listen to their concerns, and keep them informed about what is happening and why. This hands-on style helps clients feel respected and reassured that their matter is being handled with attention and care.
