I dealt primarily with Christine and Daniella. They made me aware of possible options at the onset and spelled out the process start to finish. When they needed something from me, it was at my pace, and once they had it, it was typically in the court's hands within a day or two. They followed up, letting me know where in the process we were and how long the courts typically take, and also responded to questions quickly. They charge a fixed rate, so they make their money by being efficient instead of trying to cram as many lawyers in a room as possible and run up the billables. Highly recommend.

Managing the legal aspects of an estate is always a confusing, daunting, and emotional event. Where to start and what to do, no matter how organized you may be, is challenging. Tara Wood and her team at LEEP have been tremendous to work with throughout this period. When my mother died, we had to deal with multiple aspects of settling the estate, the least of which was filing with both the State of Florida and, because my mother was retired from the U.S. Government, with them also. When reviewing steps and documents required, Tara and her team were professional, understanding, and respectful in explaining requirements.
