We hired Leep Law Group to handle a probate matter that was time sensitive. I am a real estate agent and had a property under contract when it was discovered that the property was held 50% in the name of a deceased family member and 50% by the individual who was to inherit it. Since it was required to probate the deceased's Last Will & Testament, it became necessary to do so. The family did not have the original Will, which complicated the matter, but Leep Law Group took on the assignment anyway. The lead attorney was Christine Venezia and her assistant Jada were amazing. They were proficient with filing the necessary documents while communicating with us during the entire process, and their follow-up skills were truly impressive. The process was not an easy one; however, they accomplished it and the Court issued the final Order to close the probate matter. We are now able to move forward with the closing on the property. I dealt primarily with Christine and Daniella. They made me aware of possible options at the onset and spelled out the process start to finish. When they needed something from me, it was at my pace, and once they had it, it was typically in the court's hands within a day or two. They followed up, letting me know where in the process we were and how long the courts typically take, and also responded to questions quickly. They charge a fixed rate, so they make their money by being efficient instead of trying to cram as many lawyers in a room as possible and run up the billables. Highly recommend.

Managing the legal aspects of an estate is always a confusing, daunting, and emotional event. Where to start and what to do, no matter how organized you may be, is challenging. Tara Wood and her team at LEEP have been tremendous to work with throughout this period. When my mother died, we had to deal with multiple aspects of settling the estate, the least of which was filing with both the State of Florida and, because my mother was retired from the U.S. Government, with them also. When reviewing steps and documents required, Tara and her team were professional, understanding, and respectful in explaining requirements. They then religiously followed through planned actions, keeping me updated throughout. Their support allowed me to focus on other aspects of resolving the estate and bringing this to a close.
