Managing the legal aspects of an estate is always a confusing, daunting, and emotional event. Where to start and what to do, no matter how organized you may be, is challenging. Tara Wood and her team at LEEP have been tremendous to work with throughout this period. When my mother died, we had to deal with multiple aspects of settling the estate, the least of which was filing with both the State of Florida and, because my mother was retired from the U.S. Government, with them also.
